Thank you for your interest in submitting an article for the Global Markets Law Journal. We are looking for innovative articles that will be of interest to a broad audience, including academics, practitioners, regulators and others in the capital markets industry. The journal welcomes unsolicited articles, either in hard copy or sent via electronic mail. Since the journal is a quarterly publication, we are pleased to accept articles on a rolling basis throughout the year.
We will consider the publication of any article that relates to the intersection of some aspect of financial markets and the law, including securities, commodities, futures, options, derivatives, and related issues. Articles should be double-spaced, single-sided copy with generous margins.
There is no word or page requirement for articles submitted to the journal. While we anticipate receiving submissions that will typically fall within the 10-30 page range, including footnotes, we are pleased to receive shorter articles, as well as book reviews, texts of speeches or presentations, and reviews of pending and recently-passed legislation.
The journal is intended to reach a wide audience. Therefore, we are seeking not only scholarly works, but also submissions which address the interests and background of our audience.
Please attach an up-to-date curriculum vitae or resume along with your submission.
